CharactersCharacters come in all shapes, sizes and degrees of importance. Minor characters exist solely to be for the amusement of the player. Minor characters are either there to be killed by X for experience or to fill up specific functions or areas. Moderate characters are characters of decent campaign-focus. These characters have notably affected the world around them and thus may have drawn the attention of lesser characters that may join up with them for greater gain. These are the first layer of characters that are viable 'Boss' material. Superior characters are characters of high importance around which complete campaigns are created. Such characters have so much power at their command, be it political, economic or physical, that they impact a wide range of characters and often the world on a regular basis.

Name: Hubart Savant Hubart isn't a typical scientist, and actually has a foul mouth as well as wandering eyes and hands with a prefference for firm young flesh. This often lands him in hot water with young ladies. Due to his inability to handle the High Order on his own, or even with the aid of Fafnir, Harpuia and Leviathan, Hubart was forced to enlist the aid of another, a woman named Dolly. With her aid, he enlisted the help of the ghostly Mega Man X. Pouring all of his engineering knowledge into 'the perfect body,' Hubart and Dolly brought X back to life. Hubart often uses his brash generalizations as a foil to X's natural passive depressive nature, spurring X to the utmost heights of his performance. |

|
Name: Dolly In Megaman: New Horizon, Dolly developped a strong affinity for cyber-elves - like the late Doctor Ciel - and proved instrumental in helping Hubart restore a cyber-elf's data to DNA Soul format for the purpose of reintegrating X with the Elf Armor bodyframe. While Dolly is unassuming and timid, she shares Ciel's character trait of being an idealist and she is prepared to act after her conscience. |

Truly a wild child, Dyani was the first heir crafted by Hubart, designed to explore and catalogue the wildlife of New Horizon. However, due to her unusual uprbringing, she harbors a deep resentment towards human expansion, and technological encroachments. But she harbors a much greater resentment towards pointless wars of agression.

A reploid that's easy to pat off as 'some stupid fat guy.' Chubby red cheeks, and big nose and little piggy eyes make him look harmless, but bely his cunning inteligence. While Norman has a terrible sense of humor, and often communicates poorly, he is in fact the nerve center of the resistance.
